Episode 112:  There’s been much made of 4 hour work weeks and those that earn a living by goofing off in exotic places like Bali.  I’m sure those lifestyles exist, I just don’t know anyone living them.  The financially independent middle class people I know tend to work something like 112 hours a week.

No, they’re not workaholics.  It’s just that they do what they love.  Their business or work is structured around their lifestyle.  They’re not chained to a desk, they’re living out their passions and it just so happens to earn them a living.

It’s usually not glamourous, it might be a plumbing contractor that has the liberty to make his own schedule or work with his hands.

As you consider ways to increase your earning power, make sure you’re building your career around your lifestyle.
